Covid-19 Update

Hi everyone, following the Prime Minister’s statement last night we would like to update you on our current situation.
It is with a heavy heart that we sadly have to close our stores from Tuesday 24th March and stop all trading temporarily until further notice. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and all customers with fittings and deliveries booked will be rearranged at the earliest possible date once we reopen.

If you have ordered any items from us

All of our suppliers and ourselves have temporarily closed and as such we will not be receiving any deliveries of goods during this time or be placing any new orders. Any items that were ordered and paid for in either full amount or deposit will still be on order, they will not be cancelled. Any items that we have received and that are ready for delivery will be held in storage until we reopen and re book them on for delivery. Any items previously placed on order that were due to be ready within a certain time period will now be paused and once ourselves and our suppliers have reopened the manufacturing time period of the order will resume from that reopening day. Once your items are ready we will contact you to book them on for delivery. Please bear in mind the difficulty of this situation as we cannot give specific delivery dates and times at the minute, but we do advise all customers to regularly check out our facebook page and our website blog for all updates regarding the matter throughout the next few weeks.

We are unable to refund or cancel any orders as all suppliers and ourselves have temporarily ceased trading. We will get all customer’s items out to them as soon as we can once we have reopened. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have a floor or carpet fitting booked in with us

If you have a floor or carpet fitting booked in from Tuesday 24th March or onwards it will now be cancelled and will be rescheduled once we reopen. You will be contacted once we reopen to reschedule for the earliest possible date.


Can i still place an order online?

You can still place an order online, though the order will not be processed until we reopen again and thus the delivery of your item will be delayed by at least a few weeks, again we are unable to give a specific amount of time for delivery as this time period will depend on the government guidelines over the next few weeks.
