COVID 19 Online furniture store UPDATE

As of today our online furniture store has now reopened, all items including dining furniture, sofas & chairs, bedroom furniture & accessories are now available for online purchase and delivery. The only items excluded from this are RUGS. they are currently still temporarily unavailable. Once they are available we will update you all accordingly.

Our instore furniture section is still temporarily closed sadly due to the current situation and no staff are working at the minute. We apologise for the inconvenience to customers who purchased any items before the Lockdown happened, we understand you frustrations and how difficult these current times are, as that section in store is fully closed, and all staff are currently not working (furloughed) we are unable to give any order updates as we are currently running just our online business with 1 technology staff & flooring manager. Sadly due to this we have no access to orders placed within the in store furniture section. Once this section does reopen in-store furniture staff will contact you to let you know right away & update you on your items. We will post on our social media & website once we have reopened the furniture section instore also so please keep an eye out for that. Again we apologize for the difficulty in this situation and we understand any frustrations you may have, for any queries please email Chelsie at and she will do her best to help.

We want to thank everyone for their continuous support throughout these trying times, we appreciate it immensely. We hope you are all safe & healthy and we will post regular updates in the coming weeks/months on in store opening times and any other matters relevant to the current situation.

    Hello, I purchased a suite on 3rd March and I wondering if it will be delivered soon or if the present lockdown will affect the delivery ?

      Hi Vincent, the sofa & furniture in store department is still closed but if you call in store and bring you receipt with you we will try and find out whats happening with your order best we can.
